• A card game type IGN adapted to the day
• A road book
• A tracker
• An electronic finger

• 1 tent (with frames) that can accommodate 3 people or a tent that can accommodate 2 people plus a tent that can accommodate 1 or 2 people
• 3 hiking bags * carrying compulsorily and in a visible way the number of the team, each of a capacity of 70 liters maximum

*All the material brought by a participant must be able to enter in a big trekking bag (70L), tent included (to divide between the 3 bags). In total, all equipment (hiking bag, small bag and tent) must not exceed 13kg per participant.

• 1 sleeping bag (polar meat bags are forbidden)
• 1 tight or long leg pants
• Spare clothing
• 1 mess kit and cutlery

• 1 first aid kit containing: bandages, bands, compresses, disinfectant, eye drops (Ophthalmic drops), second skin dressings for blisters
• 1 tube of sunscreen
• 1 folding knife or a knife with its case
• 1 compass
• 1 lighter
• 1 mobile phone (with sufficient autonomy to hold the day)
• 1 mountain bike repair kit to include: 1 chain fin, 1 tire changer, 1 bike pump, 4 inner tubes, 10 patches, 1 glue, 1 set of wrenches

During the Trail events, nothing should be left on the bike, except possibly in a small bag hanging under the saddle and the support leash if it is attached to the bike. Participants must however, keep their helmets with them during the trail.

• Vital card
• 1 headlamp in working order with a set of spare batteries
• 1 survival blanket
• 1 sweater or 1 fleece long sleeves
• 1 rain suit (K-Way or Gore tex type)
• 4 safety pins
• 1 pair of long gloves
• 1 small bag for the day
• 1 pair of sunglasses (100% UV and IR protection)
• 1 cap or Buff
• 1 whistle
• 1 MTB (Mountain Bike) in working order for the MTB (mountain bike) events with the MTB (mountain bike) bib of the team provided by the organization
• 1 helmet* MTB (CE standard or equivalent)

* The helmet is provided for participants renting a mountain bike, it must also be worn during all mountain bike events
• Food container with cutlery
• Water bag (Camelbak) 2L
• 1 yellow safety vest
• 1 light on the bike

During the Trail events, nothing should be left on the bike, except possibly in a small bag hanging under the saddle and the support leash if it is attached to the bike. Participants must however, keep their helmets with them during the trail.

• All the material will be made available by the service provider
• 1 pair of running shoes * (for security reasons during porterages)

*It is strongly recommended to provide a second pair of shoes and change of clothes (to put in the small bag) if you want to leave with a dry outfit after the water activities.

With the exception of canyoning where the participants’ belongings will be transported by the organization, the participants will also have the mandatory equipment Team and Competitor Trail / MTB.

Helmets are mandatory during these events.
